About the event

Vancouver Youth Advocacy Society (VYAS) is excited to have a booth at Yaohan Centre in Richmond, BC, where we will be selling our products once a month. This event is an excellent opportunity for members of the community to learn more about our organization and to support our youth mental health program in Vancouver.

At our booth, we will be selling a variety of products, including t-shirts, tea cups, and other merchandise. All proceeds from the sales will contribute towards supporting our youth mental health program.

We are also looking for volunteers to help us with our thrift store program. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community and to develop valuable skills and experiences. We have several volunteer positions available, including:

  • Donation Pick-up and Sorting: Volunteers will help us collect donations and sort them at our office.
  • Sales Associates: Volunteers will assist with selling items in our thrift store and provide excellent customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Volunteers will help us promote our thrift store program and VYAS events through social media, flyers, and other marketing channels.

We welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds and encourage anyone who is interested in making a difference in their community to apply. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please register as a volunteer.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to working with you to create a brighter future for young people in Vancouver.
